Shaun is a Partner in the People Advisory Services practice of EY Ireland and leads the EY EMEIA SuccessFactors practice. Given his delivery experience and wider SAP relationships, he also acts as Quality Assurance Engagement Partner for multiple engagements.
Shaun specialises in transformations enabled by cloud HR technology and has over 20 years of experience assisting clients with large-scale, global business transformation programmes.
With a particular emphasis on SAP-centric engagements, he helped clients transform their processes and operating models, and enable systems landscapes. In recent years, he developed deep technical knowledge in the HR domain with emphasis on SAP SuccessFactors.
Having previously held leadership roles at major multinational organisations, Shaun is now focused on building EY practice and capability in the EMEIA Region.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering and a master’s degree in Finance from Queen’s University, Ireland.
