Prior to joining EY Will led the testing competencies of several global consultancies, managing 100+ people teams across the globe.
With over 25 years of experience, he has a background in improving overall test maturity and quality transformation, test automation and performance testing.
He is an ISTQB certified practitioner and holds a BSc in Computer Science and Mathematics from Maynooth University.

With over 25 years of experience, Will has been the Head of Digital Assurance and Quality Engineering in several global consultancies, specialising in helping clients to mature their quality assurance and testing departments. Most recently, he has worked with several clients to guide them on their transition from traditional to agile/DevOps software testing lifecycles.
