AI drives growth and share-of-wallet, but every agent a bank deploys multiplies its fraud exposure, making agentic fraud transformation the new table stakes for preserving safety and trust.

How Edward is shaping the future with confidence

“Agentic AI isn’t just reshaping how financial institutions acquire and serve customers — it’s changing how criminals target them. The same capabilities driving the next wave of growth are also accelerating crime and attacks on our financial trust. I’m convinced that the institutions that win will be the ones that treat growth and defense as a single, connected challenge versus two roadmaps that never meet. That’s the opportunity I’m focused on now — bringing those priorities together to drive real change in our industry.”
