How Julie is building a better working world
“Each day, I try to spend time with my clients, people and community. As a working mother of young children, I try to set a positive example for other working parents. I teach my children to give back to those around them and to remember that everyone deserves kindness.
I challenge myself, my teams and my family to do gracious acts every day. The feeling is tremendous when you see the difference that the smallest gesture of kindness could make on another person. If each recipient keeps paying it forward, I believe we can make the world a better place.”
