As US Chairman and Managing Partner and EY Americas Managing Partner, Kelly leads EY in the US and the EY Americas geographic area, which represent more than 71,500 people in member firms in 31 countries.
She is a member of the EY US Executive Committee, the EY Americas Operating Executive, the EY Global Practice Group and EY Global Accounts Committee.
During her 27-year tenure with EY, she has served some of the largest audit and advisory clients and held a variety of leadership roles, including Central Region Managing Partner and EY Americas Vice Chair – Talent.
Kelly has been a US Department of Commerce’s National Advisory Council on Innovation and Entrepreneurship member, Skills for Chicagoland’s Future Trustee, Chicago Field Museum of Natural History Board Member. She received a BA in Accounting from Saint Mary’s College.
