Nicky leads EY global efforts, driving responsibility, sustainability and inclusivity through EY own operations, including reducing the environmental impact.
Prior to her global role, Nicky established and led EY approach to corporate responsibility in the UK. She has significant experience in delivering social impact, in particular through programs with social entrepreneurs and youth; environment management; and measurement and reporting across a range of corporate responsibility-related metrics.
Nicky started her career as a financial journalist. She graduated from Southampton University.
