Appointed factory director in 1994 during this turbulence, Shengli rallied his team to revitalize the business, steering it from the brink of collapse to profitability within four years.

Shengli’s strategic vision led to a pivotal shift toward the plastic encapsulated integrated circuit sector, enhancing production capacity and setting the stage for the company’s evolution. Under his guidance, Yonghong transitioned to focus on integrated circuit packaging and testing, achieving remarkable advancements in technology and profitability. Today, HT-Tech stands as the third largest integrated circuit packaging and testing enterprise in mainland China and the sixth largest globally.

Beyond his business achievements, Shengli is a champion of corporate social responsibility.
