Geopolitical and economic trends and their impact on the supply chain of Japanese companies in Europe

Recent geopolitical developments, such as the war in the Ukraine, and also the continued impact of Covid-19 have led to an unprecedented disruption of supply chains as well as energy and raw material shortages worldwide.

What are the specific issues affecting Japanese MNCs operating in Europe? What are the effective response strategies for them? Are there also opportunities for Japanese MNCs in Europe arising from this situation? If yes, how can they best exploit such opportunities?

As part of this webcast, a panel of EY organization’s professionals will provide insights and answers to the above questions. Participants will also have the possibility to ask questions.

This webcast is directed to a senior executive audience at Japanese companies in Europe and in the headquarters in Japan. It will be held in the English language.
