EY Law teams help organisations navigate the increasingly complex legal environment of the global economy by advising on legal and regulatory, transactional, risk management, enforcement and compliance issues across multiple jurisdictions. We have market-leading lawyers across corporate, mergers & acquisitions, financial services, funds management, employment, real estate and finance, legal operations as well as data and technology. As a part of this team, you'll have the opportunity to work with leading professionals enabling change and helping to shape our legal business. What could you be doing?

  • Work with a variety of EY clients from small businesses to multinational corporations
  • Support proposals and other business development initiatives
  • Meet clients and taking on responsibility for seeing matters through to completion
  • Work on business development, marketing and pitches
  • Assist EY Law lawyers with exciting high-profile work
  • Legal research as well as preparing and negotiating contracts

    • Law
    • Additional degrees are highly desired (for example in commerce, arts, science and other disciplines)

Your career journey in EY Law

As a graduate, you’ll be part of our 12-month graduate development programme that has been developed for graduates in all service lines, and is focused on connection, learning and celebration.

The programme will provide you with the opportunity to network with your peers from other service lines and geographies. Running in parallel to your technical learning, you will develop leadership skills to become a successful graduate, and as you grow as a transformative leader.

As an EY Law graduate, you’ll take part in:-

  • A variety of training sessions that cover technical legal skills as well as professional skills and business management
  • Learning from our extensive global EY network to provide insight across a number of fields

As a intern, after our company induction, you’ll start developing an understanding of how our EY Law teams work and will be ready to work alongside teams on real client projects. You’ll meet other new interns from your office.

Your buddy and your counsellor will help you learn your way around the organisation, set your goals and plan your development while you’re here. You'll be well looked after with ongoing learning throughout the Intern Programme with sessions facilitated by our Learning and Development team, Campus Recruitment team and service line specific training. The Intern Programme is a great way to gain valuable audit experience, skills and networks to start building your career.
