What is Technology Solution Delivery?
The Technology Solution Delivery team is focused on enabling organisations to transform their businesses through the power of end-to-end technology solution implementation - from strategy to architecture to production deployment. This could involve upgrading or replacing outdated legacy enterprise applications to newer, more advanced technologies.
We provide these services across our primary domains of finance, supply chain, customer, human resources and risk across a wide range of sectors. Our team ensures that our clients receive the technology services required to drive business outcomes, and that both the business and solution are right for each other.
Your career journey in Technology Solution Delivery
As a graduate, you’ll be part of our 12-month graduate development programme that has been developed for graduates in all service lines, and is focused on connection, learning and celebration.
The programme will provide you with the opportunity to network with your peers from other service lines and geographies. Running in parallel to your technical learning, you will develop leadership skills to become a successful graduate, and as you grow as a transformative leader.
As a Technology Solution Delivery graduate, you’ll:-
- Develop future-oriented skills and knowledge through the EY Badges program, including in areas such as Agile, Design Thinking, Microsoft, SAP, ServiceNow and Transformational Leadership
- Have opportunities to work with leading-edge technologies and global organisations, e.g. IBM, Microsoft, Cisco, ServiceNow, SAP, and also with some of the brightest minds across a diverse range of industries
- Receive personalised career development including coaching, experiences and formal learning
As an intern, after our company induction, you’ll start developing an understanding of how our Technology Solution Delivery teams work and will be ready to work alongside teams on real client projects. You’ll meet other new interns from your office.
Your buddy and your counsellor will help you learn your way around the organisation, set your goals and plan your development while you’re here. You'll be well looked after with ongoing learning throughout the Internship Programme with sessions facilitated by our Learning and Development team, Campus Recruitment team and service line specific training. The Internship Programme is a great way to gain valuable audit experience, skills and networks to start building your career.
