Duncan leads EY’s Oceania Mergers & Acquisitions practice. He is a trusted advisor who brings over 20 years of investment banking experience from some of the largest global banks to the EY M&A team. Prior to his investment banking career, he worked as a corporate lawyer focusing on M&A.
Duncan’s extensive deal experience and expertise covers more than $50bn of public markets M&A, strategy, privatisations, capital markets and cross border transactions across a broad variety of sectors including consumer, retail, healthcare, transport, infrastructure and general industrials. He obtained a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) from the University of Western Australia.
