Larni is an Operational Transaction Services (OTS) Partner in Sydney, the Strategy and Transactions Sydney People Leader, the Chair of Asia-Pacific Strategy and Transactions D&I Group and a member of the Sydney Leadership Group.
Larni has been at EY for over 13 years, with a total of 22 years of consulting experience. She advises clients on integrations, separations and transitions in the Government and Power and Utilities sectors. She advises on synergy assessments, integration and separation planning, operating model design, standalone costing, project management and strategic options assessments. Larni supports the Customer Service cluster of NSW Government and Transgrid by acting as their key Client Service Partner.
She has an MBA from the University of New England, a BA from UNSW and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors course.
