How Louise is shaping the future with confidence
“I help organisations move forward with confidence by bringing practical, outcome‑focused thinking to cyber risk and resilience. By connecting cyber priorities to broader business strategy, I support leaders to make informed decisions in an increasingly uncertain digital environment.
I am also passionate about shaping the future of the profession by investing in people and capability. Through EY’s Lead Women in Technology mentoring initiatives and my role leading EY’s STEM programme in New Zealand, I actively support the development of diverse talent and the next generation of technology leaders.”
