Matthias is the EY organization's SAP Globally Enabled Business Unit Leader. He leads the strategy and execution of EY’s integrated global SAP business, with a focus on delivery consistency, operational alignment and value creation across the EY‑SAP alliance ecosystem. He is responsible for scaling SAP‑enabled solutions across Consulting, Tax and other service lines, enabling coordinated, predictable client delivery worldwide.

Previously, Matthias served as the EY Americas Consulting Alliances Leader, partnering with regional, sector and service line leadership to strengthen collaboration and accelerate alliance‑powered solutions. He also held the role of EY Americas Financial Services Organization Technology Consulting Leader and led the Global FSO Alliance and Ecosystem team, advancing coordinated efforts with ecosystem partners.

With a background in enterprise and solution architecture, Matthias applies technology in practical, scalable ways to address complex business challenges. He is committed to open standards, cross‑border collaboration and approaches that create durable, long‑term value for clients.
