Mitch is the Operational Transaction Services Leader in the Strategy and Transactions practice of Ernst & Young LLP. He has a strong background in transaction, advisory and assurance-based services spanning a broad range of industries, including chemicals, financial services, industrial products, retail, consumer goods, software and professional services.
With extensive project management experience, Mitch has worked on global projects spanning more than 70 countries. His transaction experience includes the separation and sale of a performance coatings business, the separation and partial IPO of a global consumer products business from a global pharmaceutical as well as the finance and accounting integration work stream for the commodities division of a major financial institution for three separate acquisitions.
Mitch earned his Bachelor of Science in accounting from The Ohio State University and is a certified Public Accountant in New York.
