Quan is a Director, EY Law Vietnam Limited Liability Company (EY Law Vietnam).
He has over nine years of experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate law. During this time, Quan has advised international and private equity investors on major private and public M&A in Vietnam across a wide range of industries such as education, technology, real estate, and healthcare. Quan also has considerable experience in real estate, banking, finance, and inbound foreign investment in general.
Prior to joining EY Vietnam, he worked as a corporate lawyer for international law firms in Vietnam. Quan is a member of the Ho Chi Minh city Bar Association and the Vietnam Bar Federation.
He holds an Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Law.
