Areas of focus

Joongshik leads EY-Parthenon in Asia-Pacific and the Asean region, including Singapore. With over 20 years’ experience, he oversees a team of professionals dedicated to advising clients on corporate strategy, business transformation, and the capital agenda for multinationals, large corporates, and private equity firms across a variety of sectors. He is a member of the EY Asia-Pacific Strategy and Transactions Operating Executive Team and the EY-Parthenon Global Leadership Team.

In addition to his leadership roles, Joongshik spearheads the EY Asia-Pacific Telecom and Asean TMT sector, bringing deep sector knowledge and experience in innovation, value creation, mergers and acquisitions as well as divestments.

He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Applied Statistics from Yonsei University in South Korea.
