Shape your future: Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander career opportunities

Hands holding leaves

EY Australia acknowledge and pay deepest respects to the Traditional Custodians. EY Australia recognises that the ongoing relationship, connection, and association to land and waters (‘Country’) is an integral part of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander identity and cultural expression.
EY acknowledges that the land and waters are alive, sacred, and intrinsically linked to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander spirituality, culture, language, family, lore, and identity.

Our Commitment

We’re committed to creating real pathways for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, supporting greater economic participation and contributing to Closing the Gap. Our focus is on breaking down barriers in recruitment and embedding culturally informed practices that foster genuine belonging and respect. We understand that choosing an employer is about more than a role—it’s about feeling seen, valued, and supported. That’s why we’re proud to have Christina Coleman, Wiradjuri/Murrawarri, and our First Nations Talent Acquisition Manager, leading our efforts to help First Nations candidates experience a recruitment journey that’s culturally safe, empowering, and focused on long-term success.

If you have any queries about our recruitment process or opportunities, don’t hesitate to contact us at EYFirstNationsRecruitment@au.ey.com. We’re here to support you.
