Sheranga is an experienced and commercially astute practitioner who has acted for a range of developers, investors, fund managers and financiers.
Sheranga has a multi-faceted practice which incorporates banking & finance (including corporate, real estate and project finance) as well as real estate project development, investment and joint ventures. This includes acting on group and project specific finance and security arrangements, residential (including build-to-rent and student accommodation), commercial and mixed-use development projects and major urban renewal projects, among others.
He has also developed significant industry experience having undertaken secondments in the real estate division of a global asset management company and at a major Australian infrastructure fund manager.
Sheranga holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Melbourne.
