Eidji is a leader in the Working Capital practice in the US at Ernst & Young LLP. In this role he is responsible for helping global private equity firms drive growth by focusing on their capital and transaction strategy and releasing cash tied up in portfolio companies across industries and geographies.

Eidji has comprehensive industry and management consulting experience in over 35 countries, and has advised several Fortune 100 and 500 C-suites as an experienced professional in leading large-scale strategy through operational transformation programs. Prior to EY, he held engineering and leadership positions at other global companies.

He holds a BE(Hons) in Automotive Systems Design Engineering & Business Management from Kingston University London.
