Sisterhood at Work

On Tuesday, 10 February, we are honored to welcome the Chief Human Resources Officer at TAG Heuer. With nearly three decades of experience shaping people and culture strategies across both family-owned companies and global listed groups – including Groupe Rocher, Petit Bateau, L’Occitane, and now TAG Heuer – she has built her career at the intersection of leadership, transformation and human connection. Her work across France and Switzerland has equipped her with a deep understanding of what it takes to foster inclusive environments and cultivate strong professional communities. Armelle is a passionate advocate of Women’s career and will share some inspiring insights and sources for reflection!

Join us for this exclusive panel discussion where we will share perspectives on sisterhood in the workplace, the power of connection, and practical approaches to creating environments where women can truly thrive.

This session offers a meaningful opportunity to deepen your understanding, ask questions, and engage in an open, thoughtful dialogue.

The event will take place in person at our EY Geneva office. It will be held in English, is open to colleagues, and external guests of all genders. Please feel free to share this invitation with others in your network.

We look forward to your participation in this meaningful conversation.
