EY Luxury Client Index 2026

In a global survey of more than 1,600 aspirational luxury clients across eleven countries, EY sought to uncover what truly matters to these consumers and what drives their purchasing decisions. The study aimed to identify new pathways to re‑engage these clients with luxury brands (or maisons), and also examined related themes such as customer experience, artificial intelligence, and certified pre‑owned luxury goods.
