Liz is responsible for driving client value and growth across the Europe West Financial Services market, with a focus on priority client agendas spanning growth, transformation and regulatory compliance. This includes ecosystem alliance collaborations, AI and innovation.
Before taking on her current leadership responsibilities, Liz built extensive experience within EY’s Financial Services practice, working closely with major banking clients on finance, risk and regulatory challenges. She also served as EY Switzerland Talent Leader where she shaped key talent initiatives.
Prior to joining EY Switzerland, Liz spent eight years within the CFO function of UK banking institutions. Liz is an Australian-qualified Chartered Accountant (CAANZ).
