Germain has been serving as FAAS Partner at EY since July 2025. He is responsible for driving Enhanced Corporate Reporting and Accounting initiatives across Switzerland. In this role, he leverages extensive expertise to improve financial reporting processes and ensure compliance with evolving accounting standards. Prior to this position, from 2011 to 2024, Germain was part of EY’s FAAS practice in McLean, Virginia, USA, leading both private and public accounts, with a focus on different sectors such as Technology, Telecommunications, Professional Services, Aerospace, and Consumer Goods.
From 2003 to 2011, Germain worked as an auditor at EY in Paris, France. His professional experience includes auditing and advising national and international corporations.
Germain possesses comprehensive knowledge of national and international accounting standards, including IFRS, US GAAP and French GAAP. He holds a Master’s Degree in Audit & Finance from HEC School of Management in Paris and is a US CPA (Virginia).
