Gregor has almost 20 years practical experience in complex tax accounting and reporting topics, including acquisitions, restructurings as well as convergence projects and first time adoption of IFRS. In addition, he is passionate about Swiss corporate taxes advising Swiss based clients in connection with reorganizations, financial restructurings and tax controversy.
Gregor holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of St. Gallen and is a Swiss certified tax advisor.
