Hortense is a Partner in the Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) practice, where she leads the Transaction Accounting offering in Switzerland and manages a team of more than 15 professionals. She advises CFOs, boards, and investors on complex financial events, with a focus on strengthening finance functions across the Private Equity lifecycle — from post-acquisition integration through exit.
Previously, she served as Director and Senior Manager within FAAS, leading Transaction Accounting engagements, GAAP conversions, and advisory support across M&A, carve-outs, and refinancing transactions in a range of industries. She began her career in Audit and FAAS, advising Swiss listed companies on complex accounting and reporting matters.
Hortense is a Swiss Certified Accountant (CPA) and holds a Master of Arts in Accounting and Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen (HSG). She is bilingual in French and German.
