Juan is ACR Country Managing Partner for EY Switzerland, Lausanne Office Managing Partner and Government & Infrastructure Sector Leader within EY Tax Europe West.

He works with international organizations, multinational companies and public institutions to help them respond to an increasingly complex and rapidly changing environment.

With more than three decades of experience, Juan advises organizations on transformation, governance, finance modernization and regulatory challenges. His experience spans both public and private sector environments, enabling him to bring a balanced perspective to complex business and societal challenges.

As a leader, he is passionate about bringing together multidisciplinary teams to solve problems, foster innovation and create long-term value for clients and stakeholders.

Juan is a Swiss Certified Accountant with a federal diploma and an accredited auditor recognized by the Swiss Federal Audit Oversight Authority (FAOA/ASR). He is an active member of professional and business associations and regularly contributes as a speaker and moderator at business and international events.
