Passionate about helping clients achieve their ambitions. Highly engaged in advising governance bodies and C-suites bringing broad experience from our Advisory, Transactions and Assurance practices.

As Global Client Service Partner Mark Hawkins leads numerous account teams that advise clients on their change initiatives and assurance needs. In this role, he benefits from his broad skillset and deep knowledge gained from serving clients in these different fields.

From our Advisory practice, Mark Hawkins has many years of experience and a deep understanding of his clients’ needs relating to internal control, risk management, internal audit, forensic investigative and cost reduction. 

Having led our Transactions practice for many years, Mark Hawkins has a profound knowledge in helping clients with M&A negotiations, due diligence transaction support, valuations and restructuring.

Being a member of our Capital Markets team, he has also gained proficiency from supporting clients with IPOs in the US and Europe, debt offerings, trade sales and public company filings.

Through his long-standing cooperation and constant dialog with auditing companies from start-ups to multinationals, Mark Hawkins is sparring partner and trusted advisor to his clients.
