Matthias is a Business Consulting Leader in Switzerland. He has more than 20 years of experience in Consulting. He works with several national and international clients on transforming their services, corporate structure, steering model, and functional organization – from their initial strategy development to the point of delivering a multi-year, global implementation program. His strong international network in Europe and Asia is based on his broad work experience in building global business services organizations for several Fortune 500 companies. He took over the Business Consulting Leader role in August 2021 and is growing the team with a focus on client and industry needs and trends. Before joining EY in 2008, he worked in the finance transformation practice of a global consulting firm, IT outsourcing, and financial controllership roles. Matthias lives near Zurich with his wife and two children.
