An experienced financial advisor, Paulina is a Partner at EY’s Zurich office and EY’s US-Focused Markets Group Leader.
She has over 15 years of experience in the US and Switzerland in financial accounting advisory services and audit, serving SEC listed, large multinational clients in life sciences, technology and other industries.
With her extensive experience, Paulina supports clients with their transformational agenda, supporting process improvement identification, standardization, and automation through the use of IT tools and solutions.
Paulina also leads advisory projects for national and international corporations during capital market transactions, such as SPACs, spin-off transactions, carve-outs, public listings, and restructuring transactions; furthermore, she supports Day 1 readiness.
She is a steering committee member of EY Switzerland Professional Women’s Network and organizes various initiatives around diversity and inclusiveness.
Paulina has a Bachelor in Accountancy from Villanova University, USA and has a US CPA.
