Advice on risk assessment, situation reports, and strategic analyses of cyber risks. When he is not found in the mountains of Graubünden, he is spending time with his family at Lake Zurich.
In his current function, Roman manages cybersecurity services in the area of cyber risk strategy and resilience for customers in the industrial sector. He supports (multi-)national companies in industry, telecommunications, energy, administration, and transportation with the successful implementation of strategic global cybersecurity, their resilience transformation programs, and compliance in matters relating to data protection, risk, and IT.
In this role, he has already been involved in many projects for technology companies, energy suppliers, and transportation providers. This also entails making his expertise internationally available. Roman is significantly involved in the development of the global EY methods for cybersecurity strategies and transformation, and represents the company on various expert committees and at conferences.
Before his time at EY, Roman spent eleven years with a global consulting company, where he was responsible for the establishment and operational management of the cybersecurity division. Prior to this, he worked for a financial services and industrial company in various functions, as well as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) in information security.
