Ioannis has been a Partner at EY Greece since 2021, leading the Strategy & Execution practice within EY-Parthenon for the Government and Infrastructure (G&I), Health and Pharma, and TMT sectors.

With decades of extensive experience across the EU and the Middle East, he advises senior executives, ministers, Sovereign Wealth Funds (SWFs), state-owned entities (SOEs) and corporations on transformation strategy and value creation. As a trusted partner to national investment funds, international financial institutions and public-sector organizations, Ioannis bridges Greek, European and Middle Eastern stakeholders to deliver policy ambition. He has also led post-merger integrations consolidating infrastructure assets in transportation platforms.

Ioannis has built an extensive portfolio of public and private projects, exceeding $30bn in value, spanning transport and logistics, shipping, real estate and hospitality, social infrastructure, healthcare and pharma, TMT, utilities and defense.

Before joining EY, he established three key practices at major consulting firms in Greece and Saudi Arabia, while having held roles in strategy and infrastructure asset development at a key Greek SOE.
 
Ioannis holds an MBA in Strategy and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from Solvay Brussels School (ULB/VUB), as well as an MSc in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
