Our business development team helps drive market-leading profitable growth for the firm through a range of activities from client and pursuit leadership through to account growth support.
Join us and you’ll be involved in shaping bid strategy: originating ideas, devising win strategies, owning the top-end pipeline and empowering our market-facing teams to drive continued success.
You’ll develop key relationships with clients through your involvement in complex, long-term pursuits. The Creative is EY’s in-house design team and accounts/document production, providing collaborative solutions to the business. Our Dublin based team are responsible for a wide range of material: from letters, reports and presentations to advertisements, videos, podcasts, animations and bespoke printed and online collateral. Every tender won, campaign launched or event planned is packaged and underpinned by Creative expertise.
Our Creative team possess the rare ability to translate ideas into professional and engaging finished products. They strike a balance between EY’s standards and their individual creativity to produce both consistent and impactful collateral that supports the firm’s brand.

We're an extensive network of Executive Assistants (EAs) that provide support to a large portfolio of Partners and Directors. As part of the team, you will be one of the chief facilitators in EY, managing multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment where attention to detail is paramount.
Our EA’s are masters of day-to-day duties such as diary management, travel planning and admin support. However the role of an EY EA extends beyond the usual remit, our EA’s act as brand ambassadors for the firm, forging important connections with clients and suppliers alike and hosting regular networking events to strengthen these bonds.
The opportunities to develop within this dynamic team and the opportunities for progression are equally plentiful. Understanding the business as only an EA can provides an excellent basis to grow a lengthy career at EY.
Finance is at the heart of EY’s unprecedented growth: driving revenue, managing margin and delivering cash-flow. With a strong brand, Finance are regularly sought by the wider firm to add a ‘stamp of approval’ to performance reports, financial presentations and commercial training.
Working in our Finance team will give you resbonsibilities for our organisation's financial integrity and the clear reporting of our results. Spanning many sub-functions, Finance is a community of great diversity – with respect to people, behaviours and competencies.
Whether seated with the core Finance team, or embedded in a Service Line, the shared goal of all Finance staff is to act as a ‘Trusted Business Advisor’. You will work with different aspects of the organisation, sharing your financial experience and insights, to achieve specific goals.
As an advisor to the business you will become a member of more than just Finance: many Finance staff are viewed by Service Line Leads as integral members of their Teams. The benefit of this cross service line work is huge – it offers exposure, development and ultimately, progression.

- Our Brand & Marketing professionals are focused on our growth initiatives, connecting with current and prospective clients through valuable, insightful campaigns that help them understand where EY can add value to their business.
- Our Communications professionals make sure our internal and external audiences understand what EY stands for and how we work with clients to support their goals. It’s our job to keep all communication relevant, impactful and consistent.
Our Operations team develop, implement and continuously improve business practices to create the highest level of efficiency possible. Operations is probably one of the most demanding functional areas because the firm never stops working! Every day-to-day process applied, from the issuance of mobile phones to the policy around expenses, is designed and managed by the Operations Team.
Working in our Operations Team you will act as concierge to our peoples’ needs and be part of our internal support ‘A-Team’ ready to help prevent and solve problems. Our Operations Team also have a higher strategic purpose. In line with the firms over-arching growth strategy, our Operations Team support the business, consistently analysing cost and implementing margin improvement plans. Utilising our various systems and tools, our Operations Team design and present, targeted ‘commercial awareness’ training that brings real results.
Aside from the above, EY is currently facing into a Global Transformation Programme, the largest our Industry will have seen, which our local Operations experts are diligently guiding us through.
