Brian Kelly is a Partner in International Tax and Transaction Services and is a TMT sector Tax and Law leader at EY. Brian re-joined EY in 2018 and provides international tax consultancy services to a broad range of EY clients.
He has substantial tax controversy experience including competent authority negotiations in resolving transfer pricing disputes and specialises in advising technology sector multinational companies in structuring cross-border transactions, acquisition structuring and integration, IP alignment, business model restructuring, tax policy advisory and cash repatriation and treasury management.
Brian holds a degree in Economics and Business from Trinity College Dublin. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and an Associate of the Irish Tax Institute.
