A Partner in EY Dublin office, Brian serves clients in a variety of sectors, including life sciences, media and technology as well as construction.
With over 13 years of experience advising companies listed in Ireland and the US, including large multinationals in Ireland, he has an in-depth knowledge of capital market transactions, including IPOs, debt and equity offerings as well as business acquisitions and divestments.
Prior to joining EY, he was CFO of a market-leading engineering company. He also worked for another Big Four firm as Audit Director.
A member of the Institute of Taxation in Ireland, Brian holds a BSc in Accounting from University College Cork and is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
