Caroline has worked with EY since joining as a graduate in 2010 and has worked primarily with public listed clients across several sectors including technology, pharmaceuticals, and aircraft leasing. She has significant experience in leading cross border assurance engagements for global clients, including audit services, US capital markets transactions, accounting advice and agreed upon procedures. Caroline’s experience also includes providing outsourced internal audit services to US listed clients.
Her areas of expertise include IFRS, US GAAP, SEC reporting and SOx internal control reporting.
Caroline holds a MSc in Corporate Finance, and B.Comm degree from University College Cork. She is a fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ireland.
