How Catherine is building a better working world

"In addition to my technical role, I am an executive sponsor of EY’s Diversity & Inclusion programme in Ireland, which involves working with the Irish partners and leadership team to influence and execute EY Ireland’s D&I strategy. As one of the partner sponsors for EY D&I Advisory Services, I also speak publicly on the topic of workplace inclusion within the broader Irish market.

I have extended my reach on D&I and, through my Global role, I am working with other D&I leaders and champions to raise the topic, and the bar, throughout the EY network.

My work in this area has earned me recognition in both Ireland and globally - most recently, I have been named one of the OUTstanding-Financial Times Top 100 Executives for Inclusion."
