Damien is a Partner in our Consulting practice and leads the software licensing assurance solution in Ireland. He is also a software volume licensing subject-matter specialist. Damien leads outsourced and co-sourced internal audit programmes with clients based in Ireland.
Having worked with various multinational organisations, Damien has become proficient in leading software licensing contract compliance, supply chain compliance engagements and third-party licensing reviews for clients in the Europe, Middle East and North Africa region.
Prior to joining EY, he worked as an Audit Manager in a large financial services company in Dublin for four years, concentrating largely on financial, operational and IT internal audits.
Damien holds an accounting degree from University College Cork.

By assisting clients develop software asset management programmes and supporting clients who are subjected to software license audits by software publishers, I help to build a better working world.”
