Deirdre is focused on helping her clients navigate through an increasingly complex international landscape, recognising the importance of understanding client needs and delivering pragmatic solutions.

Deirdre has over 20 years tax experience working with a wide variety of clients. 

She advises her clients on a range of domestic and international tax issues including establishing banking operations in Ireland, restructuring, financing and cross-border mergers.

Deirdre’s main focus at present is advising her clients on the impact of changes arising from BEPS and other EU tax initiatives.

Deirdre holds a BBS from University of Limerick and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and an associate of the Irish Tax Institute.
