How Derarca is building a better working world
“I specialise in transaction accounting and advise clients across a broad number of sectors on the impact of transactions on their businesses, supporting clients throughout the life cycle of a transaction. I also advise clients on the financial reporting requirements of converting from US GAAP, UK GAAP and Irish GAAP to IFRS; which also entailed consideration of the wider business impact. Supporting clients as they evolve and implement change through finance transformation, so that they are fit for purpose as they embrace the Finance 4.0 era, is how I help build a better working world.”
