A Management Consultant at EY Ireland, Gary directs the EY Operational Advisory team, working on large-scale projects by applying lean tools and techniques, process transformation, client training, client management, and resource planning.
He has over eight years of experience in business improvement with accomplishments in delivering effective operations, supply chain and process transformation projects across highly regulated sectors.
Prior to joining EY, Gary was based in London and worked as a Principal Consultant for a market-leading multinational consulting firm in their Operations Excellence team.
Gary holds a BA in Business Studies from the Dublin Business School and an MSc in Logistics, Materials and Supply Chain Management from the University College Dublin.

"I am keen to work with multiple cultures on complex and interesting projects and have been lucky enough to work with clients overseas in Australia, America, Belgium and the UK. Apart from my career at EY, I also volunteer as a STEM judge and event facilitator. As employers are finding it difficult to recruit STEM-skilled staff, I am determined to advise all young people, regardless of their future career pathway, to procure the STEM knowledge and skills they need to be an informed citizen in an increasingly scientific and technological society."
