Ernst & Young — Ireland (EY Ireland) Head of Performance Improvement Finance

Passionate about addressing challenges faced by finance functions.

As an Associate Partner in the EY Advisory practice in Dublin, Katie leads the Performance Improvement Finance team. She assists EY clients with large-scale finance function transformation projects.

Having worked across diverse industries, Katie is an efficient programme manager with wide-ranging experience in finance operating model design, shared services, business case development and enterprise resource planning implementation.

Prior to joining EY, she worked as Finance Transformation Director for another Big Four firm.

Katie earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University College Dublin (UCD) and a Master of Business Studies from the UCD Smurfit Business School. She is a Chartered Management Accountant as well.
