Luke acts as a Restructuring Partner who leads EY Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) in Ireland. He is licensed to act as an insolvency practitioner in Ireland and UK. Luke specialises in formal insolvency, independent business reviews, creditor and debtor advisory as well as in providing strategic restructuring advice to banks, financial institutions, equity investors, multinational and SME clients.

Luke also is part of the leadership team which has responsibility for setting and delivering the strategy for EY in Ireland.

Having worked across multiple sectors, including real estate, property, retail, hotel and much more, Luke supports corporate finance and transaction sectors.

Luke earned his degree in Accountancy and Finance from the Heriot-Watt University. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a licensed insolvency practitioner with membership of ICAS, ISIP, R3 and Insol.
