How Megan is shaping the future with confidence

As sponsor for EY Ireland’s Women’s Network, I’m committed to creating a culture where everyone can thrive and lead. Diverse perspectives drive innovation, and inclusive workplaces build the trust and creativity needed for sustainable growth.

I focus on retention and progression by mentoring talent, removing barriers, and shaping environments where people can bring their whole selves to work.

Beyond EY, I sit on the board for Women’s Aid Ireland: advocating for equality, empowerment, and safety for women and families - because building a better working world starts with building a better, fairer society.

Inclusive growth isn’t just a value, it’s how we create lasting impact for our people, our clients, and our communities.
