Mike has 20 years experience working on business solution development and major transformation delivery programmes. Mike is a Partner within the Transformation Delivery practice of EY Ireland.
He is responsible for helping clients to define and deliver major transformation programmes, with a focus on integrating across stakeholders and workstreams to ensure delivery of enterprise-wide solutions. During his career, Mike has worked as both an external consultant, and internal programme leader, which enables him to understand the client partnership needed to enable successful delivery.
Mike holds a Masters of Engineering Degree in Manufacturing, from the University of Bath.
