As a Partner in People Advisory Services business in EY Ireland, Niamh leads the performance and talent work as well as the People and Organisational Change practice. She focuses on providing change, communications, talent management and organisational design advice to a diverse set of cross-industry clients.
Niamh has over 15 years of experience in supporting and advising clients through significant change and transformation in their organisations.
Before joining EY, she was a management consultant in Ireland and the UK where she held lead roles on several large-scale transformation projects in government and utilities sectors.
Niamh holds a BA (Hons) in French and Classical History from Trinity College Dublin and a postgraduate diploma in Business Studies and Management from Smurfit Business School, University College Dublin.
