Paula is a Partner with our People Consulting practice. An experienced senior executive, Paula has over 28 years global business consulting experience primarily in talent and organisation performance, organisation design, operating model, learning and development, change management, programme management and outsourcing.
Prior to EY, Paula was a partner in the Talent & Organisation Performance practice of a global consultancy firm based in the UK, leading global transformation programmes for multi sector clients. Examples of Paula’s previous work include COO of a UK think tank focused on the future of organisations, leadership and the Knowledge Economy; Global Solutions Director of a global L&D organisation; Global Programmes Director for a large global retailer and an independent consultant working on people-related challenges with the C-suite of several global brands.
Paula is also co-founder and Chair of an award-winning Irish mental health charity.
Paula holds a Bachelor of Social Science and Masters of Economic Science from UCD and is currently completing her Masters in Organisation Psychology with University of London.
