Rachel is a Director in our Technology Consulting. She currently leads the Business and Technical Analysis practice, a large team of qualified business analysts, technical system analysts and product owners. The team are at the core of our client’s projects and programmes, translating business strategy and requirements into technology solutions.
Rachel’s consulting career has focused on complex large-scale transformation in the Power and Utilities sector. She brings a deep appreciation of the processes and technologies underpinning the retail electricity market in Ireland, and is relentlessly focus on quality and delivering effective solutions for our clients, supporting them in shaping strategy and driving delivery.
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Law and MSc in Business Information Studies from University College Cork.

She currently leads a large workstream on a significant program of work for one of EY’s largest Power and Utilities clients that is key to achieving Ireland’s obligations under the Clean Energy Package.
