Ronan provides audit and assurance services, serving large multinational, private and fast-growth businesses in Ireland and internationally.
He has over 20 years of experience dealing with external audit, International Financial Reporting Standards, Irish and UK Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, corporate governance as well risk management. Ronan also leads many US SOX related engagements.
Before joining EY as a Partner, Ronan co-established a successful accounting firm in Waterford.
Ronan is a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants Ireland and has completed his diploma in taxation. Additionally, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business and Commerce from the Technological University Dublin.
