Siobhán is a Partner in EY’s Strategy & Transactions team in Ireland. She brings over 20 years of experience advising owners, private equity and management teams on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, fundraising and strategic initiatives to enhance value. Siobhan has deep expertise in the healthcare sector, where she supports clients in navigating complex transactions and strategic decisions. Prior to joining EY, Siobhan held a senior position at another Big Four firm.
Siobhán is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (International) from University College Dublin, a CAI Diploma in Corporate Finance, and is currently undertaking an Executive MBA at UCD Michael Smurfit Business School.
She also serves, on a pro bono basis, as a member of the Finance Committee to the Board of Tallaght University Hospital.
